This works in a number of ways and on a number of levels at the same time creating the effect of accelerated learning.

You will be guided, advised and directed by our years of experience in designing and delivering highly effective development programmes. You will benefit from our proven Development DNA design that will create your programme.
Your managers each receive a total of 10 days of intensive and focused development, combining a mixture of highly participative training modules and 12 one hour face-to-face management development coaching sessions. The time frame for this is decided by you, but can be from 6 months to 12 months and beyond.
Throughout the whole programme each participant and their line manager receives telephone, on-line and personal support.
The price you pay includes the design and development of your programme, training delivery of all 7 modules , 12 one hour face-to-face coaching sessions and all materials, including workbooks.
This particular programme also included our highly focused one-to-one coaching support programme. The client received a significant return on their investment even before the programme had completed.

This price included 2 design days, 7 training development days and the equivalent of 2 days of coaching (12 one hour sessions per manager approximately 2 weeks apart) but excluded VAT, Travel and Accommodation Expenses.
In this example the client put 10 managers through the programme that we helped them design. Each module was timed to run at approximately four to six week intervals as this was the least disruptive to their operational processes.
Four weeks after the last module each manager began their face-to-face coaching sessions. Each session was set for one hour, again to minimise disruption to their working week.
Your manager’s coaching sessions are directly linked to the organisational/site/department business objectives. This requires an initial springboard session with the programme sponsor or senior manager in charge of the business results.
