Jeannette Marshall – Managing Partner
Jeannette has over twenty years management experience in sales, operations, and retail.
As a Master Executive Coach, Management Trainer and Facilitator she has worked with people at all levels from Sales Consultants to Chief Executives in a wide range of organisations including House of Commons, GSK, Handelsbanken, Rio Tinto, RBS and Citigroup.
As UK Chair and Director of Accreditation for the Association for Coaching she is involved in promoting coaching for individuals and teams within the workplace, and training teams of assessors to accredit individual coaches and coach training programmes. As a member of the Future of Coaching Collaboration Group Jeannette works with other leaders in the field of coaching to define, develop and deploy best practice strategies to be implemented by organisations.
Jeannette is an Honorary Life Member of the Association for Coaching in recognition of her contribution to the field of coaching.
Jeannette is passionate about crafting training and coaching programmes that bring about measurable changes in organisations as quickly as possible.
Ken Marshall – Managing Partner
Ken has over 27 years experience in the training & development field. He specialises in applied psychology, consultancy, design and production of high level interventions to improve the performance behaviours of managers and staff.
Ken’s specialist areas are in designing and delivering effective culture change interventions to meet organisational needs. He uses highly pragmatic techniques to ensure increased confidence and effective transfer of skills, knowledge and behaviour to the workplace.
Ken is Business NLP qualified. A published author, Ken incorporates his experience and shares real life anecdotes that bring his training to life. He has also been interviewed on BBC Radio and has articles published in national publications and specialist magazines.
Ken is also a BNI Director Consultant and helps hundreds of small businesses in his local area grow and prosper through training members in key Business Building Strategies.
Alex Szabo – Executive Coach
Alex has over twenty years experience in strategic management and operations. She co-founded the Association for Coaching, a leading professional body.
Her responsibilities and experience included: consultative leadership management, business process reengineering, development and implementation of policies and associated systems, quality assurance frameworks, marketing, achievement of operational and financial targets, consultancy programme management; as well as one-to one and group coaching responsibilities including facilitating identification of and progress towards organisational, client and staff key objectives.
Alex was awarded an AC Honorary award for Influencing the Coaching Profession, is an author in Excellence in Coaching (Kogan Page) and is on the international editorial board of the academic-based coaching journal “Coaching; an International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice”. She is a also a Accreditation coach assessor/supervisor
Lynne Cooper – Executive Coach and Trainer
Lynne is a highly experienced Master Executive Coach – accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC) – Team Coach and accredited Coaching Supervisor. She is also a skilled facilitator, and a specialist in interpersonal skills, influence and persuasion and personal impact, she designs and delivers powerful influencing and communication trainings; goal-focused transformational individual and team coaching skills; creating programmes to boost understanding of self and others to change thinking, behaviour and outcomes; developing vision and creating high-performing teams; engaging leaders in effective performance management and leadership behaviours; working with diversity.
A Business graduate, NLP Master Practitioner and a certified Clean Practitioner, Lynne is one of just a handful of pioneers of the application of Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling in organisations, using this leading edge change technology to enhance understanding, transform thinking, change behaviours, and sustain the resulting improved results.
Lynne is the co-creator of The Five-Minute Coach, a powerful Clean Language coaching model for use across management levels, integrating coaching into day-to-day communications to facilitate generative change.
Helen Bullock – Executive Coach and Trainer
Helen Bullock has over 20 years experience in Learning and Development in the Public and Private sector with organisations such as Hampshire County Council, Gwent County Council, NHS, GP Surgeries, Aviva. As Director of Events for the Association for Coaching in the UK she is involved in ensuring a variety of high quality learning opportunities are available to all members across the UK.
Helen has a great deal of experience of turning teams around to focus on their goals and improve productivity. She has worked with Nottingham University to develop a level 7 Management qualification tailored to meet the needs of local government of the day. Helen has developed coaching programmes for Senior Management making use of 360 feedback and integrating coaching to enhance skills. Helen designs and delivers training and coaching programmes focussed on making the difference that is visible and provides satisfaction to all involved.
She is Coach, Trainer and Facilitator working with the most appropriate intervention for the individual, team or organisation. This includes Management and Supervisor Development, Customer Service, Performance Management, Safeguarding Awareness, Mindfulness in the Workplace, Coaching and Mentoring Skills, Equality and Diversity Awareness, Change Management, Resilience.
Sue Clarke – Executive Coach
With over 15 years’ experience as a Coach, complimented by successful careers in HR and Customer Service/Operational Management at senior level in the NHS, BBC, Financial Services and IT sector, Sue offers a well-rounded and grounded coaching approach.
She has coached across diverse functions and at all levels; in the public, private and voluntary sectors, SMEs and startups; and has worked and coached both in the UK and internationally.
She works with leaders who need to deliver quality results in fast moving environments while dealing with financial pressures and shifting priorities; with talented individuals to help them play bigger and lead and influence with an authentic voice; and with those responsible for leading others through change, or needing to adapt to change themselves.
She also has considerable experience working with clients of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds. Managing demanding workloads effectively, handling challenging relationships better, higher resilience, improved performance, increased confidence and motivation, and greater contribution, influence and impact are key outcomes of her work.
Sue is an AC accredited Professional Executive Coach, an AC Assessor, has diplomas in coaching, psychotherapy, and HR management, and has a BA (Hons).
